Series of lockdowns and confinement has led us to have a newfound appreciation for all things nature and spending time outdoors. Furniture and surfaces that mimic the tactile and visual textures inspired by nature are going to be key for interior styling this year. Open layout home trend is making its way out for partitioned living spaces to support the hybrid work model. This change in trend along with high-speed Internet and smart homes for better energy consumption are essentials now. We are looking at spaces and furniture that have dual functions; our kitchen island is moonlighting as our workstation and magically transforms into a family breakfast spot in the mornings. The living room is our new lounge area and conference room.
